Includes top cap with hidden mounting hardware for seamless design. Chose your tyle of cap weather its a super slick or a gauge hole. Guaranteed a clean custom bagger look! Easy to install and also to work with. Fits Road King’s with 26″ or 30″ short neck. Level 2 installation. See below for more details.
